CRUMS Kitchen ultimate Avo on Sourdough
(vegan, toast can be gluten free)

INGREDIENTS

2 slices of sourdough 
1 ripe avocado, stoned and halved
1 sundried tomato, chopped
Golden Macadamia CRUMA few fresh basil leaves, chopped
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper

METHOD

Rub the slices of bread with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. 
Heat a frying pan and toast gently until golden brown on each side.

Slice half of your avocado and put the other half in a bowl.  To the bowl, add the sundried tomato, fresh basil, lemon juice, freshly ground black pepper and a dessert spoon of Golden Macadamia CRUM. 
Mash together and spread over your toast. 
Top with the avocado slices, some cherry tomatoes if desired, another sprinkle of Golden Macadamia CRUM and some torn fresh basil.
