Breakfast dessert bowl

There’s something a bit naughty and rather lovely about feeling like you’re eating pudding for breakfast. And you'll want this one on repeat. It tastes indulgent, but it’s actually packed with good and virtuous things – all the pleasure and with plenty of goodness to start your day.

Creamy Greek yoghurt (we use Oatly’s vegan Greek-style), topped with frozen pineapple, blueberries and raspberries for a gorgeous combination of ice cream style sweet & creamy. A spoonful of almond butter adds richness and healthy unsaturated fats, while Berry Cacao CRUMS bring the chocolate, the chewy little bites of sweet Goji berry and of course, the nutritional boost. A proper virtuous treat!

Nutritionally, there’s plenty going on too. The yoghurt provides protein and calcium, while the berries and pineapple bring fibre, vitamin C and a range of antioxidant plant compounds. Almond butter adds healthy fats and vitamin E, while the Berry Cacao CRUMS add a lovely texture and more wholefood goodness.

This is exactly the kind of food I love – simple, gorgeous to look at and genuinely satisfying. I love this dish not just for breakfast, but as a light lunch or an afternoon pick-me-up.
